Looking for a property manager?  If you are in need of a property manager and if you’ve interviewed a couple or checked out their website, I’m sure you noticed how most, if not all of them claim that they’ll maximize rents, decrease expenses, find the world’s best tenants…..but isn’t that a given.  Any solid property manager is going to thoroughly check prospective tenants, keeps rents at market, and be prudent with property expenses.  So how are we different?  Short answer.  We are a relationship based management company.  We don’t focus on managing a huge number of properties using the “one size fits all approach”.  We are looking to work with select clients who want a long term partner…someone who gets them, who understands their goals, risk tolerance, long term plans….someone who can tailor their services to match the clients needs.  That’s what we do.  Yes, we take care of the day to day, paying the bills, supervising vendors, collecting rent, and we do it well….but we also do it in the context of your big picture goals.  Interested in seeing how we can help, please reach out and also check out our list of core services below.
